Pulse Holiday Detector NOVOTEST SPARK-1
Pulse Holiday Detector NOVOTEST SPARK-1 is a device for detecting defects (thinning, microholes, cracks, etc.) in dielectric coatings on metals.
The principle of operation of the device is based on the electrospark method. A probe with electrode connected to one pole of the voltage source scans the surface of the tested object directly along the coating. The second pole of the voltage source from the ground connector is connected directly to the metal structure. The electronic unit fixes the gaps by voltage between the electrode and the conductive base. -
Pinhole Detector NOVOTEST ED-3D
NOVOTEST ED-3D Pinhole Detector was designed for rapid non-destructive testing of the continuity of coating (e.g. porosity of film) with thickness up to 500mkm according to ASTM G62-A.
Pinhole Detector is designed for testing the porosity of partially painted places and other discontinuities of protective dielectric coatings on metal products by putting low voltage through a sponge which is soaked in a liquid electrolyte with high penetrating properties. -

Digital Surface Profile Gauge NOVOTEST SP-1M is designed for profile measuring on either flat or curved surfaces. Also it can be used for measurements of surface roughness (Rz), after abrasive blasting pre-painting work.
The electronic unit is the same as Coating Thickness Gauge NOVOTEST TP-1M.
NOVOTEST SP-1M consist of electronic block of Coating Thickness Gauge NOVOTEST TP-1M and probe DSH.

Mechanical depth gauge is designed to comply with ASTM D 4417-B, SANS 5772, US Navy NSI 009-32, US Navy PPI 63101-000 for (depending on configuration): measures the peak-to-valley height of a blast cleaned surface; measurement the depth of focal corrosion; measures depth of narrow holes and grooves.
