Shore Durometer NOVOTEST TS-A
The Shore Durometer is one of the modern non-destructive testing instruments for measuring of the hardness value of different materials at the workshops and laboratories. This device can be used at the radio instruments industry, mechanical engineering and other areas of modern industry.
Shore Durometer NOVOTEST TS-A complies to: ISO-7619 and ISO-868, DIN53505, ASTM D2240 and JIS K7215.
Soft plastic, printed circuit boards, glass, elastomers, fibers, soft rubber, leather, resin, wax, neoprin, butyl, silicone, vinyl are typical testing materials for Shore Durometer. The principle of determining the hardness value of materials is based on the calculation the value of material’s resistance to the penetration of the indenter with a preset load.

Shore Hardness Test Stand NOVOTEST
NOVOTEST Shore Hardness Testing Stand is the accessory unit for Shore hardness testers (scale A and D). It is specially designed for Shore Durometer NOVOTEST TS-A and Shore Durometer NOVOTEST TS-C. Using testing stand makes measurement more stable and accurate, also it gives better repeatability of measurements.
With stand user can set the unified load and increase the measurement accuracy eliminating measurement errors, which come with operating the device manually.
Lever of the stand gives unified load and it is used to adjust the height of the Shore Durometer in accordance to the thickness of testing samples.
There are available two models of Shore Test stands for two different scales: Shore A and Shore D. Each model is suitable for certain scale (Shore A or Shore D) only. Test Stand for Shore A and Shore D are two different models.
